This site is basically created with the intention of being the number one result for a search in your search engine of choice for "Hugo Jobling." Also, I thought it might be fun to make some advert revenue of people doing just that. The evidence so far is that I make roughly no money from this brilliant scheme.
Rumour has it that I may or may not keep this site up to date with content. That being the case, you might wish to check back here sometimes. It's cool if you don't though. I probably won't even know unless you are a friend and you tell me that's what you are doing. In which case shame on you.
I recommend reading Jeremy Clarkson's column at the Times and also Charlie Brooker's at the Guardian. The BBC Internet Blog is also interesting, although it is not really what I would call a blog.
